Anyone? Anyone? Beuller?


This could be your big day. I mean a really big day. Huge. Large. Ginormous. Gargantuan. Big.

Because out of all three people who actually view this blog, YOU, yes, I said YOU, could be the one to choose my next.....wait for it, now.....TOPIC. That's right. About food. Or allergies. Or food allergies.

So, how about it? For all I know, I am talking into cyber space, but I am giving it a shot.

How about the Demon in the chips poster.. just kidding. On a serious note what about rice? I am always wondering what rice is right and is couscous a rice or a pasta?
By the way, I love the name of your blog. We recently had Tay tested for food allergies and he has a list of them! I wasn't surprised. So now I have to figure out a whole new way of cooking!

Couscous is wheat pasta. BUT I can teach you how to make 'Rice a Roni' type rice with allergy free pasta! =D Hmmmm...maybe that will be one of my next posts!

Grits...I have yet to have anyone tell me what they are! Everyone eats them here and no one knows what they are. ;) Good luck!

Sara - Too funny! Grits are actually corn. And I don't know why anyone would eat them on purpose!
