Quick, allergy free dinner, coming right up!

Never fear. The easy, allergy free dinner is here.

You will need:

This soup from Imagine Foods does contain soy. If you are allergic, simply use Imagine's Beef Flavored Broth instead.

Next, you will need a pound and a half of browned ground beef (don't forget to add a little sea salt to your meat) and four cups of cooked brown jasmine rice (or white jasmine, but brown is better for you!).

When you prepare your rice, it is extra tasty when made with a box of broth (remember, for unconverted rice, 2 cups of rice to 4 cups of liquid) and some spices, such as dill, garlic and poultry seasoning.

You will also need cornstarch.

Here we go:

Easy Brown Rice and Hamburger Gravy

Once ground beef is browned, pour in the entire contents of the box of soup. Bring to a simmer.

Mix 1/4 cup cornstarch into enough water to make a thick,but pourable liquid. Slowly pour into hamburger and soup, stirring the gravy constantly to prevent lumps.

Once thickened, serve hamburger gravy over prepared rice.

Serve with a side vegetable such as sauteed green beans.

This gravy can also be used as an easy, busy night stroganoff. Simply add sauteed mushrooms and serve over gluten free pasta.
