Yes, yes, it's been a while since my last post.
For all three and a half of you that noticed, thanks!
I've been doing some research to fix what food allergies destroyed: my gut.
I often find myself in pain and having, uh, other unpleasant experiences.
I'm still in the process of researching the best diet for gut healing, but so far, the one that has trumped all the others is GAPS.
It looks very hard at first glance, but the more I read, the more I think I can do it.
I've avoided eating so many foods over the last ten years that I think I can take this on.
If the results are even a fraction of what some friends have experienced with the diet, then it will be well worth it.
So if you have issues with your gut, and can't figure out why because you never cheat on your allergy free diet, gut healing is the remedy.
You don't have to do GAPS, as there are other reasonable programs out there for leaky gut (Wow, sounds so attractive...'leaky gut'. Nice.).
But GAPS is the champion of them all, from what I have found in my research online and in discussions with friends.
Give it a look! It may be the answer to feeling your best yet!
